TIMATEC COATING GMBH has a lot of experience for the correct execution of such block press – machines for the EPS - step sound plates. This is necessary to get the correct quality for the floor impact sound insulation. Another shrinkage after cut the blocks for the sheet is therefore not possible. We are already manufactures these press machines in horizontal and also in vertical execution. These machines operate in fully automatic operation without an operator. The fork lift driver placed the block sizes on a conveyor system in front to the block press machine. Several blocks can be stored in the waiting position, depending on the conveyor length. Then automatically the further transport of these blocks into the press chamber. The pressing operation are finished, this blocks got automatically out from the press chanber to the subsequently conveyor transport system. The fork lift driver takes this pressed block from the conveyor and takes him into the block storage. On the way back he takes a new block for the pressing process.
